~ Large Lot of 87 Pieces Silverplated Flatware ~

This is a great lot of vintage silverplated flatware witch include a couple of partial sets. The lot is a total of 87 pieces. There's a group of 52 pieces which are hallmarked NICKEL SILVER on the back (there is no makers mark!) and are almost as pretty on the back as they are on the front! Just a lovely set with so much detail, but there are actually 2 patterns in this one group (please see the last photo), one pattern has a single center to the flower and the other one has several dots in the center & this set has:
8 dinner knives-8 dinner forks-8 salad forks-8 butter spreaders-8 smaller size teaspoons which are larger than a demitass but smaller than a regular teaspoon measuring almost 5 3/8" I think they are the "five o'clock teaspoon". 8 oval soups-1 master butter-1 sugar shell & one 2 pc salad or serving set.
The remaining group is 35 pieces of which 30 are Rogers & Bros Day Break aka Elegant Lady presented in 1952 per Teri Hagan's Silverplated Flatware revised Fourth Edition with 6 dinner knives, 6 dinner forks, 6 salad forks, 7 oval soups, 5 ice tea spoons, and then there is 4 Wm Rogers serving pieces, I don't find the pattern - 1 very large veggie or serving spoon, 1 meat fork, 1 cake /pie server and 1 small cream ladle, and a Rogers Bros ornate Master butter.
I've included lots of photos to show patterns and condition-please be sure to enlarge them for best viewing result. I show some photos showing the 2 main sets side by side so you get an idea of how they blend. CONDITION: I've given almost all of it a light polish-winning bidder can shine them all they like but I like to leave the the handles lightly done to show the detail. And my hands just poop out on me! :) I don't find any missing plate or damage but there are some spots on the stainless knife blades and a few dark spots on Rogers serving pieces which I think should polish out & they have wear consisent with age and previous use as these have all been loved and used. It's a great blended group for entertaining or for making a pretty table for a bridal or baby shower!
