Early artist Lee Ed Original old vintage bisque head parian Lady Doll  

I am pleased to offer you this vintage American Artist doll by Lee Ed.  Incised on the back of her shoulder plate is "Lee Ed 1961". Lee Ed made similar dolls like the well known Emma Clear dolls mostly in the 1950s and 1960s. The dolls are a "work of art". This doll measures 17" tall being a bisque shoulder head, hands with all fingers intact, hard cloth body, bisque porcelain legs with painted molded shoes.  She has painted brown eyes with liner over the eye lids, there is coral liner over the black liner. red accent dots in the corner of her eyes and nostrils, single stroke brown brows and closed mouth. Light color blush on her perfect little face. Lady has pierced ears and wears lovely cut glass earrings. She has painted molded brown hair with brush strokes on each side, curls down the front, molded painted brown head band to match her hair. Lady wears an attractive vintage peach dress with black lace accents, it is clean and snaps down the back. There is a matching hat and fan. I do not see any damage on this lovely doll.  I have taken plenty of photos, please look at my photos they will serve as part of this description.
