Signature Required

APO/Military Addresses
We will ship to military addresses, as long as they are smaller than a computer. We do not ship computers or TV’s to APO/Military addresses |
Returned To Sender
Carrier will make 3 separate delivery attempts in a row before returning the package to us. In the event of 3 failed attempts, you will be refunded LESS THE SHIPPING FEES BOTH WAYS. |
Turnaround Time
99% of orders ship the same or following business day after you pay. If you pay on Friday, it ships on Monday. |

Communication
After you send payment, we will email confirmations and tracking information to your registered eBay address. Tracking numbers will also be uploaded to your “My eBay” account. |

Returns
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #).
Please contact us at 888-888-2087 to obtain an RMA #.
An RMA number must be issued within 30 days of purchase, and we are unable to accept a return after 30 days.
Returns for refund are subject to a 15% restock fee.
Returns for an exchange are not assessed a restocking fee.
**Non-Returnable Items:Opened Software, Opened Video Games, Opened Gift Cards, opened printer ink, furniture, and TV's 32" and larger.
If any "Non-Returnable" item is defective, the item can be returned or exchanged directly with the manufacturer. TV's 32" and larger are serviced for free within your warranty period inside the home.
Damaged In Shipping: All orders are shipped fully insured. In the unlikely event your item was damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately and retain all packaging. A claim will be initiated and you will have a choice to have a reship or a refund. |
