SHIPPING POLICY Deliveries are currently despatched between Monday - Friday 9.00am - 11.00am and occasionally on Saturday For purchases and payments made outside of these hours, the order(s) will be despatched on the following business day between the despatch hours noted above Orders are usually despatched within 24-48 hours after an instant payment is received Parcels are couriered via Royal Mail, Parcel Force and DHL dependant upon the item(s) Postal Insurance is up to the value of £32.00 GBP within the UK and subject to Royal Mail Terms & Conditions If an item is lost in the post, we are unable to take action until after 15 working days from the date of despatch. Any claim that is submitted can take between 4-8 weeks to conclude Deliveries outside of the UK are sent via Royal Mail International 'Signed For', ‘DHL’, 'FEDEX' and Parcel Force ‘Global Priority’, therefore please allow between 5-10 working days for delivery depending on the destination country If payments are made using electronic-cheque (e-cheque) your items will be despatched following the clearance of funds from your account. PayPal will notify both DUO GEAR and you the buyer once your funds have cleared. Despatch dates may be delayed by up to 14 days from the time the payment is made.
RETURNS POLICY If you need to return an item to DUO GEAR, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item(s) We will offer exchanges or refunds (where appropriate) on items that are unused, unopened and all in their original packaging in perfect condition Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receipt For unwanted items a refund may be offered depending upon the item (items excluded for any exchange or refund include mouthguards, groin guards and any first aid item). The refund will exclude the original p&p paid and a 15% handling fee, i.e. example if you purchase a pair of handwraps for £2.99, plus a p&p of £3.00, the refund will be the cost of the item excluding 15% handling and p&p, thus total refund £2.54 The refund will be returned by the original method of payment, i.e. PayPal or UNCROSSED Postal Orders DUO Gear cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage to items that are being returned to us by sender
