All sales are final, unless approved by the owner. If item is grossly misrepresented, please contact us so we can discuss options. We strive to be error-free, but have had the occasional oversight! Please email us before leaving less than positive feedback so we can remedy the mistake. SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
As the Seller, we are bound to this auction as a contract when this auction ends or if a Buyer purchases this with a Buy It Now option. If there are bids and we have to cancel the auction before it ends for a reason beyond our control, the bids will be canceled and there will be no contract between the Bidders and us.
As a Buyer, if you bid and the auction ends, you are bound to uphold the contract of bidding. If you use the Buy It Now, you are also immediately entering into a contract.
