The EGP-5000 is a high quality permanent operating pump that can be universally used as a pond pump, fountain pump or watercourse pump. This pump also pumps coarse dirt particles (up to 6 mm) without difficulty.

Returns and Refunds:
- The buyer has 48 hours to notify us of any defectives or damages due to shipping, which is highly unlikely because all of our products are packaged very well, to receive a refund. If this occurs the buyer will pay for any and all return shipping charges BUT will receive credit towards a replacement item of equal or greater value.
- Under no circumstances will items be allowed to be returned for a refund if they are used, installed, or tested.
- The buyer is required to pay for any and all return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee for returns for any reason.
- ALL returns MUST be accompanied by original packing slip or invoice to verify your order. Returns MUST also include original packaging material and shipping box.
- ALL returns MUST be clean and in unused, uninstalled and in untested condition. In other words, the way it was when the box was opened.
Exchanges:
- The buyer is required pay for any and all return and sending shipping charges for any exchanges due to buyer negligence, ie. misreading ad, not understanding ad, etc.
Shipping and Handling:
- FREE SHIPPING where stated ONLY applies to the 48 contiguous United States.
- ALL US territories, non-contiguous states, ie. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada will incur shipping charges.
- We ONLY ship to the United States, United States Territories and Canada.
- We ship using FedEx, UPS or USPS to anywhere in the United States and is determined by the item purchased.
- We ship USPS to CANADA.
- We do NOT ship to unconfirmed PayPal or Ebay addresses.
- All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (except holidays and weekends).
- If you receive mail at a PO Box, you need to include a physical street address AND a PO Box Number.
- Shipping rates are NON-NEGOTIABLE.
- Combined shipping is allowed if the mentioned items are all small enough to fit in the same shipping box.

Winning Bidder Policy:
