If you suspect that there may be damage to the concealed product please indicate the damage to the driver and in his presence note "suspect freight damage" on the delivery reciept. If you later discover the product is damaged the freight claim will be much easier to process. Extreme container damage needs to be refused. If your product arrives damaged please DO NOT SIGN for the delivery and contact us immediately so we can process the claim and coordinate a replacement.
