This has some signs of vintage wear and has the smell of being a vintage comic book. Best offers are usually on higher dollar item(s) where I might be willing to take a little less. I always like the buyer to give me sort of reason why they think that there best offer is a good offer! I also like doing best offers when a buyer wants to purchase a lot of different items and wants to get a little bit of a price break!
