Buying

Buy more, save more: We offer a shipping discount for some orders that have more than one item, as long as the items are paid for with one payment. Items paid for separately are not eligible. If the eBay shopping cart does not reflect a combined shipping discount, please follow these steps in order:

1. Buy products. Do not pay yet.
2. Request a combined shipping invoice.
3. Pay after you receive the invoice.

Payment: Please pay within 7 days of purchase. PayPal is our preferred payment method. All orders require two business days (Monday through Friday) to process after the payment has cleared.

Out of Stock: All items are in stock as of the date of listing. On rare occasions, extremely popular items may sell out quickly. We will gladly ship the item when it becomes available, offer a substitute item, or give you a full refund at any time.

Sales Tax: Orders shipped to Indiana will incur 7% sales tax. For other states, see your use tax regulations.

Returns: We offer a 30 day money back return for all new unused items. To initiate a return please contact us. All return charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

SHIPPING

We use United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) for domestic and international shipping.

To prevent fraud, we ship only to verified addresses associated with your PayPal account or to a credit card's billing address. Orders that request shipping to an alternate address will not be accepted.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, we upload your order's tracking information to eBay. Tracking information is sent to customers directly from eBay and is also available in the "My eBay" page. If you do not receive tracking confirmation after three business days, please contact us. Arrival times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

International Buyers - Please Note: International shipping charges listed are for single items only. If you purchase or would like to purchase multiple items please request an invoice or quote to receive a combined shipping price.

The default international shipping method is USPS International First Class Mail, which can take over 60 days to some countries. We offer USPS Priority Mail as a faster shipping solution. USPS Priority Mail can be selected as a shipping option during checkout.

Once your order has shipped customs numbers are provided for tracking. In many cases, these shipments are only traceable up until they leave the United States and then become untraceable until delivery. Please allow a minimum of 30 days before filing any lost package claims.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please ask your country's customs office what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
