Brondell warrants that all products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
Your FreshSpa Bidet Attachment FS-10 will have a Brondell warranty policy.
Residential Warranty:
- 100% Coverage of all parts and labor for the entire product for the first year from original date of purchase
Commercial Warranty: Warranty period 1 year from original purchase date.
Warranty may not apply to product that are used for heavy commercial, hospital, or other high use non-residential application.
How to Obtain Service:
To obtain repair service under this warranty, you must contact an authorized Brondell Service Center to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Proof of purchase in the form of a copy of your original receipt must accompany the returned unit for the warranty to be valid.
Take or ship the unit pre-paid to the closest Brondell authorized service center along with your RMA number and proof of purchase.

Will the FreshSpa fit my toilet?
The FreshSpa fits on 98% of residential toilets including many curved one piece fixtures (French Curve).
The FreshSpa fits nearly all standard round and elongated toilet bowls including
most 1 piece and curved toilet fixtures (commonly referred to as French Curve).

What is the FreshSpa?
The FreshSpa is a toilet seat attachment that offers men, women, and children a fresh and hygienic cleansing using a wash nozzle for posterior and feminine areas.
How does the FreshSpa work?
The FreshSpa simply fits under a standard toilet seat and provides refreshing washes at the turn of a dial. There are also 3 nozzle positions and a nozzle clean function.
Where is the water stored that is used for the bidet wash?
The FreshSpa pulls room temperature water directly from your existing toilet water supply line.
There is also a built-in anti-backflow device inside the FreshSpa to ensure you are always getting a fresh, clean wash.
What installation is required?
Standard installation is quick and easy. It involves a few simple steps: shutting off the water valve at your toilet, removing your existing toilet seat,
installing the FreshSpa attachment & connections, and reinstalling your original toilet seat.
Do I need an electrical outlet or batteries?
No, the FreshSpa uses water pressure to perform wash functions.

How to you operate the FreshSpa?
The FreshSpa is operated by simply turning a dial, one way for the “Wash” and the other for the “Nozzle Cleaning” function.
The nozzle can also be positioned by hand for the most comfortable cleanse.
Can a FreshSpa be used by children, elderly, and handicapped?
Absolutely! Children love using a FreshSpa and they are wonderful for parents with children who are potty-trained but not yet able to clean themselves.
Those who are elderly, have limited mobility or other limitations can especially benefit from using the FreshSpa.
How long does the wash cycle take?
Effective cleansing is generally accomplished in 15 to 60 seconds.
Does the wand ever "get in the way"?
No, the wash wand is positioned towards the back of the toilet, and the head of the wand retracts after each use.
What maintenance is required?
The FreshSpa can be cleaned with a soft, wet cloth and a mild detergent. Brondell recommends the nozzle be cleaned with a soft brush as needed.
