All payments are expected within 7 days
of the end of the auction. We reserve the right to file
a Non-Paying Bidder Alert if the payment is not received 7 days after the auction ended.

are required to collect
8.75% Sales Tax from all
California customers.

you bid, you are obligating yourself to

We reserve the right to cancel any

Please inspect all your order(s) upon receipt, at times there
is damage during shipping from the carrier.

the item has
any damage,

hours, a
representative

file a
claim. UPS
will then
pick up the
package for
inspection.
The process
could take
up to 5-8
business
days. Once
the damaged
item is
returned, the
replacement
item will be
sent to you.
We now offer
30 days money back, if
the buyer does not like the item or feels that the they are not satisfied with the product they can return the item and get a refund
for the ITEM PRICE only. Items needs to be in
Brand New
Condition
and must be
approved by
the Returns
Department.
In most cases, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless
they have been approved by our RMA Department.
Limited Warranty
is offered to customers, within 90 days of receiving the item.
The warranty
is for EXCHANGE only and covers any manufacturer's defect: LED INOP, Bulbs, or water leak. Other defects will need to
be authorized by our RMA department first. No Exchanges will be made for any product that
has been damaged.
No claims will be honored after 7 days of delivery.
Once an RMA
case is issued, the buyer will have 30 days to return the item.
If an item is returned after 30 days, the item(s)
are subject
for
rejection.
All returned
items must
be in brand
new
condition,
which means
the item has
never
been installed
and kept in
the original
packaging,
otherwise a 20% restocking fee
will be
charged.
If any
replacement
is out of
stock we
will
offer buyer
a REFUND.
