Although the box clearly says "2-Window Caboose", this is obviously a 4-window caboose and the website states as much. This piece is fully assembled and ready to run, with upgraded former MDC tooling with new floor, full window glazing, razor sharp printing and painting, machined RP25 profile 33" metal wheels, and McHenry scale knuckle spring couplers already installed! |

Our professionally trained staff will carefully package all your items into a corrugated box with sufficient packing material to prevent your items from moving during shipment.
We ship Monday-Friday, except for holidays, from our 22,000 square foot warehouse. We use FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service at the discretion of our shipping department. We are unable to ship using your preference or using an alternative service. Most packages arrive within 7 business days from the time of your payment. Note that shipment delays due to weather or other problems while in transit are beyond our control.
All shipments will be shipped fully insured by GoMotorBids and with a tracking number. Our insurance applies only during transit. Upon receipt, notify us immediately if the shipment is damaged. If available, we may be able to provide a replacement; otherwise, we will refund you the amount of the item and the item's associated shipping cost. Prior to sending you a replacement or issuing you a refund, we may request that we receive the damaged item first.
Depending on the value of your shipment, we may require a signature when the shipment is delivered.
Sales Tax
When required, sales tax will be collected when you checkout. We regret that we are unable to make exceptions or issue refunds, even if your business or organization is tax exempt.

Most packages arrive within 12 business days from the time of your payment. Note that shipment delays due to customs clearance by CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency), weather, or other problems while in transit are beyond our control.
Due to limitations within eBay checkout, the shipping charges are calculated using U.S. Postal Service rates, even though we ship through FedEx. When we ship through FedEx, the shipping charge will include duty and import fees prepaid, and you will have no fees to pay when you receive your shipment. If you provide us with a Canada Post P.O.Box delivery address, we must send your shipment through the postal network, and you will be responsible for paying all duty and import fees upon receiving your shipment, and you will have to pay GST/HST a second time. We cannot refund any duty, tax, and other import fees that you incur when you receive your shipment. We will provide the necessary documents for CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency) to clear customs. We do not declare an item as a "gift", and changing couriers will not avoid or lower the duty and fees.
