The unit has been tested and works as intended. It features a 2.4 GHz Pentium 4 Processor, 1.5GB DDR RAM, one 10GB IDE Hard Drives and 0ne 65GB,   There is some cosmetic wear on the unit, but nothing to effect performance. There is no O/S installed, and no COA is included. Shipping is UPS Ground or fedex Ground
