Exchanges - Returns - Warranties
Please contact us via email or at 858-952-1211 for an RA number prior to sending back your return or exchange. Items received without an RA number will be refused. RA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and if a package arrives after the allotted time it will be refused.
Exchange Policy/Return Policy
If for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase you may return or exchange the product within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
The product had to be unused, in re-sellable condition and include all original packaging and tags. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
You are responsible for the shipping costs back to us unless one of the following applies:
1. The product is defective.
2. You receive the incorrect item.
3. The item you received arrives broken or damaged from the delivery process.
For an exchange we will cover the shipping costs back to you within the continental US. If you are outside of the continental US we require that you pay for shipping costs back to you unless one of the three rules listed above applies to your order. In that case we will cover international shipping costs back to you. We will wait to ship the exchange/replacement product until the original item has been received, no exceptions. Returns or exchanges for closeout or discontinued items will not be accepted.
Warranty Claims
We will assist with warranty issues; however, all warranty issues are the ultimate responsibility of the manufacturer. We cannot be held responsible for manufacturer policy and/or processing.
