Return and Exchange Policy
• We CANNOT ACCEPT a return of a lighting product that has already been installed.
• We CANNOT ACCEPT a return of a bedding product that has already been slept on.
• All items must be returned in their original condition, in the original packaging and suitable for resale. Please keep the original box as we will not be able to supply a box for you to ship the item back
• We must receive your return/exchange request within 14 days of receipt of your order.
• Before returning/exchanging any product, you must receive a Return Authorization Number from us. We will provide you with the return shipping label and the cost of the return label.
• You will be responsible for the cost to ship the item back to us - whether it is a return or exchange.
• Please make sure to package your return properly. We CANNOT provide a refund/exchange for any product that arrives at our warehouse in damaged condition.
Damaged Items
• In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you must email us a picture of the damage with an explanation as soon as you receive the item.
• It will be up to our discretion whether a replacement part(s) will be sent to you or whether we will replace the entire item.
• Should you decide that you would like to return the damaged item - even though we can send you replacement parts to make it look whole - you will be responsible for the costs to ship the item back to us and a 20% restocking fee will be charged
Buyer's Remorse
• In the case of buyer’s remorse, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• We define buyer's remorse as any other reason other than a defect or damage. |
