Gas is $3.50 a gallon (and more in some areas), Is having the convenience of this item be shipped directly to my front door cheaper than the gas it would take to go purchase it? INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We Truly Value and Appreciate our International customers. We know your shipping cost is high. We promise you that we will always work to find you the best shipping rate offered by the USPS services. We encourage you to PLEASE ask for a shipping quote. The rates quoted in each listing are based on the weight of a signal item and country. Combine shipping rates are available, but must be manually calculated because of weight restrictions for USPS services.
Some Countries may charge DUTY or BROKERAGE Taxes or Fees. This is NOT included in your shipping rates. You need to contact your local Postal Offices for more information on these types of taxes or fees.
Most International purchases can be shipped USPS First Class (weight limit of 4 lbs.) with a delivery time that varies by country (up to 30 or 45 days) and has no on-line tracking but is tracked by the customs ID number and is insured (for damage only) by us to most countries or USPS Priority (weight limits apply to priority flat rates) with an estimated delivery of 6 to 10 Business Days for most countries. USPS Priority does have on-line tracking and is also insured (for damage) by us to most countries.
USPS First Class International on-line tracking will only show proof of shipment. Because there is no further on-line tracking information giving once your purchase is received in the customs office of your country, we CANNOT be held responsible for the actions of your country's customs office. We offer the option of USPS First Class International Shipping because it is a lower rate for international shipping, however once it is shipped, because of the different customs laws it is at the customers risk.
Once again, PLEASE E-MAIL US FOR A QUOTE before you bid and give us a few minutes to find you the best rate. The rate being quoted by the eBay shipping calculator may not be offering you the best rate because it does not consider that a FLAT rate may be cheaper especially on combined purchases. The eBay shipping calculator also doubles the total shipping rate on combine shipping including the packaging weight. Because items weights are different from item to item it is impossible to have the shipping calculator to be set right. Again PLEASE WAIT FOR AN INVOICE ESPECIALLY ON COMBINE SHIPPING OF MORE THAN ONE ITEM.
Each country has their own laws and regulations as to what can be shipped and what cannot be shipped. Please check with your Customs Office as to these rules and regulations prior to purchasing. We cannot be held responsible for customs pulling a shipment because it is not allowed. If the item is returned to us by your customs office we will refund minus the shipping cost when we receive the shipment back, however we feel we need to warn you that most all countries do not do returns. We urge you to PLEASE check if you are not sure. There are too many different rules and regulations for us to know them all.

Our pictures of our Herbal Oils, Botanical Oils, Carrier Oils, Essential Oils and Fragrant oil products are actual stock photos of actual oils taken by us.
Our Herbal Oils, Botanical Oils, Carrier Oils, Essential Oils and Fragrant Oils are unsurpassed in color, depth, consistency, essential fatty acids and key nutrients and are known for the full bodied aroma and color, and we have firm procedures in place to ensure you that each oil is screened, analyzed, and sampled by our supplier's quality control department. Every vegetable oil we offer is extracted through expeller or cold pressed methods. We do not employ the use of solvent, hexane or alcohol extraction, and we do not stock oils that have been processed through heat intensive hydraulic extraction as these methods produce relatively unhealthy oils that lack in the qualities we require. We refuse to offer inferior oils that are "Mass Market" and that may have been sitting in warehouses or store shelves for months and sometimes even years, loosing their attributes. We do not warehouse stock or accept warehouse stocked oils. Because of this we may not have an item in stock until the new harvest comes in for our suppliers to extract the oils.
All of the oils we stock have different and varying degrees of quality. And all of them have been processed by distinct and various methods. The information below will help you better understand not only our line of oils, but also the entire industry of oils and their methods of extraction.
Cold Pressed - A method of mechanical extraction where heat is reduced and minimized throughout the batching of the raw material. This helps the oil maintain its original state, constituents, and depth. Temperatures are rigorously controlled to ensure that it does not exceed 80-90 degrees Fahrenheit. Although not a practical method of extraction for all vegetable oils on the market it is highly regarded as the extraction method of choice.
Expeller Pressed - A method of natural, mechanical extraction and processing of oils where a small amount of heat is produced simply through the frictional heat created by hydraulic presses. This is usually around 120-200 degrees Fahrenheit and makes the oil suitable and economical as a base for cosmetics because of its fairly undisturbed molecular state. It also makes a fine food grade oil.
Refined - A fully processed oil where it has been exposed to all methods of refinement including a flash fluctuation in temperature as high as 450 degrees and winterization as low as -30 degrees, deodorization, which removes the heavy and often unsettling odor in oil, and finally bleaching, where natural clays and other mediums are used to alter or remove an oils color, and scent. This makes for an economical oil in cosmetics and body care products, but it is not the healthiest as a food grade oil.
Partially Refined - A process where only some of the methods available are employed to produce a manufactured oil. Only one or two of the three available methods are used in a partially refined oil. These include, but are not limited to; deodorization, winterization and natural bleaching. These methods are used for oils which have been known historically to go rancid quickly, and they are also used to further stabilize an oil or remove its heavy odor and deep color.
Unrefined - A process of mechanical extraction and screen filtering where no additional refining process has taken place. This ensures the finest quality product and makes the oil the most exquisite for food and cosmetic preparation. The unrefined process helps oil retain a rich, strong flavor and color that is true to its natural state. Unrefined oils are always darker in color and richer in scent.

RETURN POLICY
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We have a standard Fourteen (14) Day Return Policy. We need you to E-mail us directly before returning a purchase within Fourteen (14) days of receiving your purchase. Returns are given as cash back minus Shipping Fees. We do not pay Return Shipping, unless otherwise noted in the exceptions below. Remember we strive for customer satisfaction so this is a rule not a law. E-mail us and we will do our best to work with all customers even after the Fourteen days.
EXCEPTIONS
Items must be in there Original Undamaged Packaging in order to be accepted for a return.
Manufacture defects will be accepted as a return.
If we have made a mistake (we are all human), we will work with you to correct the mistake or give you a full refund.
If a shipment arrives damaged please E-mail us immediately for our procedures on insurance claims. This is very important Please don't delay the e-mail it is a time sensitive issue. Your purchase no matter how small or large are INSURED at no additional cost to you. You will have a choice of replacement or refund. There is only two steps for you, one is to E-mail us and the other is to have a USPS Postal working note the damage. And as long as procedures are followed we will not hold you up waiting for a claim to process, like some other sellers.
We will not be responsible for any returns that are lost, stolen, or damaged in route back to us if Insurance is not purchased.
