You are bidding on one of the custom made t-shirts as pictured above. You will receive a replica of the one pictured, but customized any way you like. These shirts make great party favors or a special treat for that special someone on their day!

HOW IT WORKS
I will personalize any name you like as well as their age (birthday shirts). You may also alter the wording/saying, font, color, etc. However, if you choose to alter the original, I will email you a copy of the image for your review. I need to make sure the alteration will fit the image appropriately. I am as flexible as you need me to be.
WHAT YOU GET
All shirts are brand new short sleeved, basic white shirts. I DO NOT carry long T's. Shirts are 100% cotton, brands include Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, Jerzee's, etc. Your brand will depend on my stock. I carry sizes Toddler 2T, 3T, 4T; Youth XSmall to XLarge; and Adult Small to XXLarge. If your size falls in between, please order the next size up to be safe. I always recommend your shirts be roomy.
I am not responsible for shirts that do not fit. It is VERY important to read the sizing chart measurements. The size or size number you/your child normally wears, may not necessarily measure up the same on my chart. I have been told my shirts run small, so that is why it is even more important to pay attention to the sizing chart.
The image is transferred by commercial heat press. Colors are bright and vibrant and with proper care you can wear the shirt many times. Please note that the larger your shirt, the smaller the image will appear. The image will never be larger than 11" x 9". The image size will be reduced to accomodate smaller shirts.

HOW TO SEND YOUR INFORMATION
There are 3 different ways to send me your information:
1. Email: Please include your eBay ID in the subject line or in the message somewhere so I can link the information with your payment.
2. You may "add message to seller" in the PayPal payment. This is a tiny link located to the left on the payment page.
3. You may also use eBay messaging to send your message. This can be done by contacting the seller links located in various spots. (ie, top of auction page, under My eBay items won, eBay checkout page)
FAILURE TO PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION, WILL DELAY THE MAKE OF YOUR ITEM!
If you do not receive a confirmation of shipment within a couple of business days, chances are there is missing information. Please check your email and eBay messaging for any messages from me. Thank You!
OTHER INFORMATION
Birthday items can be very time-sensitive. To ensure delivery prior to party, give yourself a few days. I will make the items within 24-48 hours of payment (being all necessary info has been received). I will then ship either the same day or next business day, depending on the time of day. Allow for non-shipping days like weekends and holidays. I do not typically ship on Saturdays unless a prior arrangement has been made.
I list several items online, however I do not always post what I have. My collections consists of many many characters. I can also provide special themes like firefighters, flowers, trucks, bugs, etc. I also welcome special order shirts/something you would like to create. These special order shirts are a flat $14.99 ea.

INSURANCE: Is always optional. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items. Insurance up to $50.00 is $1.75 additional.
International shipping is done on a case-by-case situation. I am new to the process so please contact me to see if I can fulfill your request.
Payment needs to be made immediately following the "Buy It Now" option through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to send payment. If you are not a registered user, PayPal will provide you with instructions on how to complete checkout using any major credit card. I try my best to be as accurate as possible, that is why it is very important to read my entire listing before buying. The most common delay in orders is missing personalization information. Again, instructions on how to do this are outlined in the description above.
RETURN POLICY: Returns are only accepted when an error has been made on my part; either by the personalization, image choice, or in the event you are shipped the wrong order. If you choose not to have the order remade, I will gladly refund the costs. You must notify me within 14 days from the day your order arrives!
