Never used pattern for a vintage style little girl's sizes 4-10 fancy pantaloon outfit.  Stock #10 C called Afternoon Tea.  Pattern is in factory-folded condition and appears to never have been opened.  The style is Victorian, and it could actually be used for a costume for turn-of-the-century children's wear.
