All wicker pieces are hand crafted commercial grade with an "invisible" powder coated aluminum frame and woven with UV Weather Wicker. Synthetic wicker, unlike natural wicker is waterproof, stain, crack and split resistant; which makes this material excellent for all weather conditions. Our outdoor furniture is also mildew and fade resistant and designed to hold up even in coastal areas.  Quick drying, high density foam cushions ensure long lasting comfort and convince.  There is virtually no maintenance required, just rinse it clean with a mild cleaner and hose. It won't fade even in the most extreme sun exposure. 

Our leather goods are all made of 100% Italian Top Grain Leather with a kiln dried, hardwood frame. They feature Pirelli Webbing Support System and high-density foam. Shipping

The shipping and handling costs are included in the asking price for this listing and is for curbside delivery, other delivery services can be arranged please contact us for details and pricing. Pick up is allowed at our local warehouse and is free. 

Shipping time is from 3-5 days after date of purchase on most items* for products available immediately.  For custom orders, special order lead times and combined shipping of 2 or more furniture sets please contact us for rates.
We ship to the 48 continental states. NY, MA, WA, Boston, L.A, Miami, NYC and some other areas will have additional fees. We also ship to Canada & Mexico, Contact us about shipping requirements. Buyer will be responsible for any applicable import Duties, Taxes, Customs or Brokerage fees. For any additional information, please contact us.

If you are shipping to a different address than he one registered with eBay or PayPal, please add this address to your profile account prior to purchasing.  Please make sure to include your best contact phone number as we the freight company will be contacting you to arrange delivery when your products reach the local station.

Shipping Damage Info:
Be sure to inspect your delivery, note and document (IE pictures) any damages or shortages on the Bill of Lading.  Make certain you specify if any boxes are cartons are ripped open or crushed.  All damages must be reported as soon as the freight arrives and is inspected. See your warranty Policy for details. A picture of the damage will be asked.

In the case of damage, we will offer you a replacement or full refund as long as all damages are specified according to the above directions. Refunds are given upon receipt of freight claim repayment.

Warranty

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. There is a 2 year warranty on the outdoor wicker and powder coated aluminum frame, and a 6 months warranty on the foam cushions and fabric.  

Note:

Tables with a glass top have a magnified UV sunlight effect.  If these tables are going to be in direct sunlight year round we recommend them be covered when not in use to prevent damage and extend the life of your product. All table glass is tempered, even though it is designed for more durable usage do not place heavy objects, sit, lean or stand of the table.  Acts of Nature, dropping items on the table or improper usage voids the warranties. Fabric and foam used on our outdoor patio collection is for outdoor purposes, meaning it can be exposed to weather conditions, such as rain, etc. that doesn't mean is water proof or stain resistant, in case of heavy rain is always better to use Furniture covers so the fabric and foam doesn't get all the acidity and dirt from the rain. Fabric is recommended to be hand washed only with zippers closed. (Please consult your home or business insurance policy to make sure that outdoor furniture can be covered under your policy.  Furniture covers can be ordered from us at an additional cost please contact us for details.

We understand your concern and strive to offer 5 star service at the best possible price, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  You will have 3 days to return your purchased merchandise for any reason.  All products must be in the exact packaging and in its original "as new" condition.  The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees as well as original shipping fees, even if the item was purchased as "free shipping".
