• Our hours are Monday through Friday, 10 am to 5 pm EST.
• We periodically check messages after hours and on weekends.

BIDDING

• Winning bidder must pay for auction within 3 days of auctions end.

SHIPPING

• We do not offer pickup!
• Shipping is calculated by weight and the delivery zip code. You pay EXACT shipping.
• Delivery is your choice of USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
• We ship Monday through Friday.
• Packages ship within 2 business days.

INSURANCE

• Insurance is included in the shipping price.
• All items are shipped fully insured, no exceptions.

COMBINED SHIPPING

• We will combine shipping on most items.
• Some items are too large to combine. Those items that cannot be combined will be listed in the description.
• Combined shipping is calculated by delivery zip code and combining the weights of each item.

SALES TAX

• Auctions shipping to a Virginia address must add 5% state sales tax.

WINNING BIDDER

• Payment is due within 3 days of auctions end.

RETURNS

• We do not accept returns. All sales are final!

PRODUCT ISSUES

• Defective - If your purchase of a new item is defective due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We will send a replacement, if available, upon return of defective item. Only replacement will be given, no refunds.
• Damage - If your purchase is damage during shipment, please contact us immediately. We will process a shipping claim and replace your product, if available. Only replacement will be given, no refunds.
• All items not marked new will have any "issues" listed on the auction (ie: damaged box, scratches, etc). These items are non returnable, non refundable. All sales will be final.

FEEDBACK

• If there are any issues, please contact us first before leaving neutral or negative feedback. Problems can be solved, but only if there is communication.
