Our shipping department operates Monday – Friday. Most items ship within 2 business days. We ship only to PayPal Confirmed addresses. Shipping is extra for HI, AK and PR. Please email us for shipping quote. Insurance is included in the shipping price for FedEx and USPS Priority Mail. Next day and other premium services are not available. Free shipping is for domestic shipments only, and does include insurance.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We ship International packages through USPS Priority or Express Mail. There are no lower-priced options. We reserve the right to refuse international shipping on certain items and to limit quantities of international products. Buyers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes! These fees are not included in our stated shipping prices. We DO NOT mark items as “GIFT” or alter values for international customers. PLEASE DO NOT ASK!
If you are the winner of multiple auctions, you may qualify for combined shipping. Please request combined shipping through the eBay My Messages system. All items must be paid in full within 48 hours of sale. We ship most all items within 2 business days of payment. |

Return Policy

We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect shipments. Due to heavily discounted pricing, we do not accept returns for sizing or compatibility issues. You must email us to obtain an RMA number – items without RMA's will not be accepted. All items must be returned in original, unused condition with all paperwork and tags. A 15% restocking fee will apply to any item returned without damage. Please contact us first for warranty issues. We are happy to assist with warranty situations. |
