64 pieces silver plate flatware-Wm Rogers Bros 1847 - in wooden storage box- 56 have the same pattern, and there are 6 tea spoons as in the picture that are the same pattern as each other, but different than the 56. and there are 2 miscellaneous flat butter knifes with different patterns. The 56 pieces have the same pattern, but half of them have the initial N and the other half have the initial C. They are as following: 12 knifes- 6 with N initial and 6 with C 11 spoons-6 with C and 5 with N 5 tiny sugar spoons with initial N 2 curved Butter knives- one with C, one with N 12 regular forks- 6 with N, 6 with N 12 Big serving spoons- 6 with N and 6 with C 1 Gravy ladle- with N initial 1 round small spoon with initial C then the 6 tea spoons that have the different pattern and 2 extra straigh butter knives that have different patterns, but these are not that different from all the others, that they would not blend in. I do not know how old these are, but I suspect they are very old. The wooden storage box has several felt bags in it to put the silverware into. And the box is in excellent shape, no scratches or knicks. The knife blade of course is made of stainless steel and says on the knife. But the other is definately silverplate, because I polished them and lots of tarnish came off on my rag. |
