*Our movies and games come from various places. We buy personal collections from individuals, wholesale stock, overstock, and liquidation stock. Some movies may be old rentals. We usually don't have many, but it happens sometimes.

Only messages sent through Ebay will be received and answered. Messages sent directly to the e-mail end up in a spam folder and never seen. Our shipping policy is stated below, please read it before asking questions. Feel free to message us about anything that you are unsure of or is not clear.
Most questions are answered within 24 hours and most items ship out within 1-2 business day of cleared payment, but can sometimes take up to 3 business days (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding National Holidays and the eve of). We use PayPal to ship all items and when postage has been created you will receive an e-mail from PayPal stating the delivery confirmation number and other shipping details. You can also view this information through the specific transaction in your PayPal account. Also since we use PayPal to ship the delivery confirmation number is automatically uploaded into your my eBay account in the won section.

Shipping:

We only ship within the US and all it's territories.

Rates and shipping methods are not open to negotiation. Shipping and handling charges include more than just  postage price. Cost of envelopes/boxes, labels, paper, printer ink, packing materials and all other things that go into shipping are included as well.

Rates:

*To get the full discount please wait for me to send you an invoice or request one from us. If you pay before you get an invoice we do not reimburse the extra you paid. Also we do not combine shipping for items past due on payment (please see payment policy).

Payment Policy:
PayPal is the only accepted form of payment at this time.
All payments are due (and must be cleared) within 7 days of auction ending, even if you are still bidding on other auctions. After the 7 day period we will no longer combine shipping on new items won (a new invoice will be started for items won after the 7 day period). After 4 days we will send a formal reminder via eBay. The case is just a warning and will not be close until the 7 day period is over. If you pay within the 7 days the case will automatically close on it's own with no mark on your eBay record. We do not like to do this but lately there have been a lot of buyers who do not pay for the items they bid on, we hope our wonderful customers understand.

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted under certain circumstances.

If by some chance an item was severely different from the description or was defective in any way please contact us as soon as possible so we may discuss options to remedy the problem.

*There are no returns on any items sold as brand new in sealed packaging or sold as-is.
