Returns
Personalized products may not be returned. All other products must be returned in re-sellable condition within 30 days of the date of delivery. If items are damaged upon return, we will evaluate the extent of the damage and any credit issued will be adjusted accordingly. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. If you wish to exchange an item after receipt, place the product in its original packaging and return it to the address below:

If you do not have the original packing materials, the item should be taken to your local packaging store to assure proper mailing procedures. Please be certain to insure your package, and include the following information with your shipment:
- Name, address and telephone number
- Replay Photos Order Number
- Item being returned
Once your returned product is received, we will issue a credit within 10 business days (allow one month for the credit to appear on your credit card statement).
Exchanges
