SHIPPING INFORMATION
Most products are shipped out the following business day after payment is completed. This is not a guarantee, but we are honored to provide some of the fastest turnaround times on eBay. Please understand that we are not in the office on Saturday and Sunday, and items purchased over the weekend will ship out on the following Monday. Please be aware that your product may ship "Signature Required" (at our expense) to avoid the unpleasant experience of a lost or stolen package. Free shipping can take 5-10 business days to arrive. If you need the item faster please let us know right away, as we may be able to upgrade the shipping method for an additional charge. If the auction states that it will ship with USPS parcel post please understand that we will most likely actually ship with FedEx SmartPost (where FedEx handles the long-distance shipping, then turns your package over to the post office). If you do NOT want your product shipped FedEx, please contact us and we will make arrangements to use UPS or USPS instead. Free shipping or flat-fee shipping will apply only to the residents of the continental U.S. Residents of Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will have to contact us for a shipping quote. Orders shipping to Indiana, or if you pick up locally, will be charged a 7% sales tax.
RETURN INFORMATION
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Sweetwater Sound. If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, an in-house credit, or exchange for another product within a fair amount of time from the shipping date (30 days or so). If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund. Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.), show no signs of wear or use and include a Return Authorization number or be subject to a restocking fee. Products like software, personal items (such as in-ear monitors, etc), and items which are not normally stocked ("Special Orders", discontinued products, close-outs, used products, etc.) are not returnable.
