Our return policy is very straight forward and easy to understand, so that you can feel confident doing business with us. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date,. Zoomboys is required to honor the warranty return policy set forth by the manufacturer; this allows us to keep our prices low. All items must be returned in the original packaging, in new and unused condition. Any item that has been damaged, used, or installed on a scooter is ineligible for return. Any item that is missing the original packing is also ineligible for return according to the manufacturer. We cannot refund or exchange any items that are returned incomplete, used, or without the complete packaging. Additionally. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If you need a replacement part right away we will charge you for the item, but we will credit you upon receiving and processing the returned item No Returns over 30 days from the original invoice date will be accepted. Zoomboys.com reserves the right to deny a return on items damaged by the customer during installation or during return shipping. If you happen to receive damaged product from the freight carrier, save all packaging materials and call or email us immediately.The following items are not acceptable for return: All High-Performance Parts, Controllers, CDIs, Custom Chains, Tools, Engines, Special Orders, Manuals, Books or any Used Parts. Performance Parts we do not warranty any of thes items or sell/approve for street use.  Performance Items come with the original manufaturers warranty against factroy defects.  The customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless Zoomboys.com is at fault. Before shipping, a return authorization must be obtained from Zoomboys.com. To receive authorization, please call 1-888-9-Zoomboys or email us. The outside of the box should have your name, address, and authorization number printed clearly. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Free Shipping is only for orders in contigeous U.S. However we will ship overseas including Hawaii alaska and US protectorites but shipping is not included in Free shipping offer. Most of our products are eligible for expedited shipping for an additional fee. Shipping options include 1, 2, or 3 day delivery. Orders placed before 10:00am PST are normally shipped the same day or the following day. Please remember that expedited shipping is counted in business days, so weekends and holidays may increase the total time your part is in transit.
