  The plate of steel which your solar panel will sit on is heavy gauge steel AND WILL NOT BEND
The pipe material which sits on top of a Home depot 2  3/8"  inch galvanized pipe is indestructible. You solar panel will be safe as this support is made to industrial strength steel gauge.

3 x 100 Watt Panels focusing on sunrise @ 7am.

Before Installation of Brackets

 The same panels were used at 10 degree angle on rooftop with a maximum output of 11.1 A at noon, switching controller to on state at  9.45 am. Panels were on segment of roof leaning SSE. ( Towards Sunrise side of apex ).

Difference
 I am now able to supply full power to a window fitted type Air conditioner with four of these brackets........ ALL DAY LONG.
Normally this would only be possible with the purchase of 8 roof mounted panels costing over $1500 alone plus all other equipment and contractor fees.
