Monster Laptops has acquired a large quantity of pre-owned iPhones. We describe each iPhone as accurately as possible. They have not been opened unless a problem is evident, such as a bad battery or display. We do run a short test of each phone and report our findings below. Phones are marked and serial numbers have been recorded. Please understand that we have described the cosmetic condition of the iPhone as accurately as possible, however, cosmetics are a subjective matter that varies from person to person and is NOT subject to Warranty Coverage. Please look at the pictures of the iPhone below and ASK any questions you may have.
We guarantee that the iPhone is as described. If the iPhone is not as described, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will either exchange the iPhone for another similar iPhone or issue a refund, at our discretion. If a repair is needed, the iPhone must be returned to us. We will not authorize 3rd party repairs. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Occasionally, the USPS may damage items during shipping. If the package is damaged, do not accept the delivery. In case of damage, all shipping, packaging materials, and boxes must be saved. The carrier will pick up the damaged item for inspection. If a package is lost or damaged you will find the information to file a claim at the US Postal Service
