Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through PayPal only. Unfortunately we do not accept Wire Transfers, Purchase Orders or Electronic Checks.
Payments must be received within 7 days of the auction's close, or your item(s) will be forfeited. After 7 days we will void the sale and file with eBay to recoup our fees.

Returns

Our team ensures that orders are perfectly packaged to minimize room for damage.
Each customer must contact us prior to any return. Returns and/or exchanges of merchandise must take place within 21 days of receipt of product. All products to be returned must be in original condition, including packaging, documentation, manuals, parts, etc. The product's original factory seal must be intact. *For health reasons toilet seats cannot be returned.
Products that have been installed cannot be returned.
All refunds will require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) issued by MayerBlue and the item must be shipped back with a tracking number for inspection and processing prior to refund. If an item is shipped back to us without a tracking number and is not received there will be no way to verify if the item was ever shipped to the right address.
It is the recipient's responsibility, when returning an item, to ensure it is packaged well, so that it will arrive in good condition. Any damages from the shipper will be the recipient's responsibility.
Please note that refunds take up to 15 days to post to your account and may not be visible until your next months billing statement. Merchandise that is not defective may be returned for a refund in the amount of the item's purchase price minus the shipping cost and a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price of the item.
If the order qualified for free shipping we will withhold and not refund the shipping and handling costs incurred for the product. MayerBlue reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in acceptable condition.
Any items that qualify for free shipping and are refused by the recipient will have the shipping cost charged to the recipients account. This includes the cost of the outgoing shipping and return shipping. No Exceptions!
Defective products are eligible for exchange only; please contact us if there is a problem with your order.
In order to continue to offer the lowest prices on the internet, we cannot provide refunds for opened products that are not defective nor can we refund freight or handling charges. The terms of our return policy may change without notice.

Shipping
We offrer free Shipping to US continental. We are not able to ship to PO box, APO or FPO. We ship via Fedex and freight Shipping for oversized items. Insurance is included in the shipping fee. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order ships. Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment.
International Shipping is Available for most items Please contact us to get a quote for your item.

We have offices located in Los Angeles and are required by State law to collect 8.75% sales tax on all shipment to California.
