*Estimated delivery dates include seller's handling time, and will depend on shipping service selected and receipt of cleared payment. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.
Delivery time is estimated using our proprietary method which is based on the buyer's proximity to the item location, the shipping service selected, the seller's shipping history, and other factors. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.
A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.

Liquid Polyurethane Foam, 2# Density. (Density refers to the
weight or pounds per cubic foot (PCF) of expanded foam 12" x 12" x
12")
This 4 Lbs Kit consists of one (1) Quart of Part A and one
(1) Quart Part B. The total yield is 2 cubic feet, which will float almost 120
pound of dead weight.
This closed cell foam expands to almost 25 to 30 times its
original volume. SSK-8102-HT is designed as an insulation foam for use in motor homes, in your house, and void filling in concrete block buildings. Some
people use it for insulating ice chests and spas. This product is also ideal
for adding flotation and added strength to any sailboat, motorboat, canoe,
kayak, Jon boat, runabout, or pontoon boat. It also makes good architectural
castings, and can be used to support unusual structures including bathtubs and
spas. It also has many uses for special effects.
To use, mix a small amount of each component together and then
pour into any cavity that is needed to fill. Within a few minutes it will rise
and cure. Once fully cured (24-48 Hours) this foam can be laminated over with
any type of polyester, epoxy or vinyl ester resin without melting. This product
can be poured in multiple layers with excellent bonding between layers. All
expansion rates and times given are temperature critical. Temperatures below 75
degrees F will lower the expansion rate therefore requiring more foam. Ideal
working temperature is 75 to 80 degrees F or above. Accurate measuring of these
products is critical. Working time before foaming: approx. 45 seconds Time before
full expansion: approx. 5 minutes

TECHNICAL DATA FOR SSK-8102-HT
SSK-8102-HT is rigid closed cell
polyisocyanurate foam. Its increased insulating efficiency compared to
competitive insulation's, offers better process controls and yields and
therefore, substantially better upgrades in strength, durability, moisture
resistance and a lower installed cost when compared to other insulation
materials.
SSK-8102-HT
meets or exceeds all of the requirements of MIL-P 21929 except ASTM D-471,
which does not apply to SSK-8102-HT and ASTM D-2341, which has recently been
withdrawn from the specification. Also, SSK-8102-HT is available in a version
that will conform to the ASTM E-84 standard of MIL-P-21929.
SSK-8102-HT provides exceptional values at continuous service temperatures of
–1500 F (-1000 C) to +2000 F (+930
C). SSK-8102-HT is only available as a liquid system for pour-in-place or “in
situ” applications. The physical and chemical properties of SSK-8102-HT are
shown below.

*The
physical properties of the SSK-8102-HT were determined by processing the
chemicals through a low pressure, high shear mix machine.
Chemical temperatures were maintained at 900 F ( 320 C)
for the A component and 800 F (26.50 C) for the B
component. Box pours measuring 24” x 24” x 24” ( 61cm x 61 cm x 61 cm) were
made. The resulting foam was cured at room temperature (approximately 700
F or 200 C) for thirty days. Testing was done on core samples cut
from the box pour. 1This numerical flame spread rating
is not intended to reflect hazards presented by this or any other material
under actual fire conditions.
