Product returned due to shipping/manufacturing errors may be returned for full credit (including return shipping). Returned item must be shipped back within 5 business days of R.A. Replacement will be sent or credit issued upon receipt or returned item. Items must be returned in original package and condition. Failure to do so may delay or reduce the amount of credit. We will not accept any return with pet hair or cigarette smoke contaminating the item being returned (it will be disposed of and you will not receive a refund). Please be sure to read the entire ad carefully before bidding or buying. If you order the wrong item or simply do not want it and would like to return it you will be responsible for any shipping fees. Restocking fees of 15% may also apply. Upon receipt of return we will credit your account for the cost of the product less any fees. No item exchanges.
