What payment methods are accepted?
We accept paypal only. Please contact us via email if you would like to pay using a major credit card.

Can I change my shipping address once I've paid for my item?
No. Due to increased fraud on eBay, we can only ship to your CONFIRMED address on paypal which you used to purchase your item. This helps to decrease fraudulent purchases on eBay.

How soon will my item be shipped and when can I get my tracking number?
Items are shipped daily, Monday thru Friday via FEdex. Your tracking number will be emailed to your eBay or Paypal account email as soon as your shipment is processed.

Will a SIM Card be included with my phone?
Since we do not know which service provider you will be using your phone with, a SIM card will not be included with your phone.

Which service provider can I use my phone with?
All of our phones are unlocked and can be used with any GSM service provider. Our phones can be used with AT&T, Cingular, T-Mobile, and any other GSM service provider in the world.

What if I am located in an area in the USA where I will need the 850 Mhz network band for my phone to work?
We highly recommend all of our customers to contact the service provider which is being used. Make to to ask if you will need a 850 megahertz compatible phone. If yes, please make sure that the phone you are purchasing from us is 850 Mhz. compatible. This can be found here in the phone details section of the page. |

Will I be able to access the internet on my phone?
Since our phones are all imported, rare models, the internet will not be setup since the phones come from our distributor and have not been programmed for internet use by any domestic service providers. Internet service can be setup by contacting your service provider. It is not our responsibility to setup the internet functions of your item.

Can you ship to my international OR FPO/APO address?
Sorry but we currently do not offer International shipping options nor shipping to APO or FPO addresses. However, can ship to some Canadian residents for an extra fee. Please inquire within.
Can I exchange my item if it is defective?
Exchanges will only be honored if the item is defective and it is within 3 business days of receiving your product. If you would like a refund and not an exchange, a 20% restocking fee will be issued. If you would like to return your item to us for a refund and the item is not defective a minimum restocking fee of 20% will apply. All of our items are BRAND NEW unless otherwise stated. We highly recommend purchasing a warranty plan through Squaretrade.com. Your new purchase will be covered for only pennies a day. Please go to Squaretrade.com/getwarranty for more details.
What is included with my purchase?
All the items included will be listed on the top right corner of this item description page. Most items come with a foreign home charger. However, as a courtesy, we will include a free adaptor to use with US wall outlets.
Will there be any service provider logos on my phone?
Most of our phones do not have any service provider logos on them. However, some phones do have service provider logos such as "AT&T Wireless", "T-Mobile", "3", "Orange", and some others. |
