We are closed Saturday, Sunday and holidays.  Shipments will be sent out within the above listed business hours only.  Your questions may be answered at any time but we do not guarantee a quick response outside of our business hours.  Any emails you send us should include corresponding eBay item #, your User ID and email address registered with eBay.

PICTURES: We strive to accurately portray the colors of the products offered. However, because the color you see is dependent on your computers monitor and lighting, we cannot guarantee that the color you see will be exactly the same.  If you desire a picture for a listing without one please email us and we will provide one for you.

Shipping

Combined shipping is available for auctions ending within three days of each other only.  The additional shipping cost for combined shipping is dependent on total package weight.

Items purchased by the same buyer within three days of each other will automatically be combined and shipping fee is adjusted accordingly.  We ask that all buyers please wait for an invoice prior to making their payment.  If you send your payments individually we cannot guarantee that that the items will be combined and shipping adjusted.

Handling and package fees are included in the shipping fees for each item.

  We cannot guarantee a refund; however, we will work with the buyer to maintain customer satisfaction.  We value your business.

Items are usually shipped within 3 business days of payment being received.  You will receive an invoice within 24 hours of making your purchase.  All payments must be received within 7 business days of the date of purchase.  If payment is not received by this time, we reserve the right to re-list the item and file an unpaid item dispute through eBay.
