FOR 1883-1887 FOR A 9"-11" FRENCH CHILD DOLL PATTERNS FOR DOLL & BODY & WARDROBE ARE INCLUDED!! by Susan Sirkis in 1973 There is nothing quite like these wonderful books created 38 years ago by talented Susan Sirkis. They were made to fit a 9"-10" French Child Doll as pictured, but by adding length, will also fit an 11" French Child Doll. I have personally enlarged the patterns as much as 200% to fit another size doll, and they fit very well. The designs in these books are wonderful, and true to the period of 1883-1887. Susan has carefully researched and drawn these great patterns for us to use today on our antique/repro French dolls. The patterns in this new vintage soft-covered, 46-page book are printed full size, and she gives us excellent instruction on construction and sewing details on making both the child doll & body, [if we don't have our own], and all of the doll's wardrobe. This is an excellent opportunity to make a trunk of clothing and accessories for your small antique doll. I have included photos of most of the doll clothing that can be made with these patterns.
