About our items:
All of our items come from local estates, yard sales, auction houses, or are simply things that we have no further use for.
We have a smoke-free environment; but we cannot guarantee what sort of environment some of our listings have come from although we certainly avoid buying anything that has an offensive noticeable odor. We try, within reason, to do any obvious cleaning, wiping or rinsing needed so that you can receive a pleasant shipment. Issues that we can't take care of, we will mention in our listing.
Items offered For Parts or Not Working: This means that there is some degree of risk to be expected on the part of the buyer. These items may work, or they may not work. They have not been fully tested. Any testing done will be noted. There are no refunds or returns on these items. We will not warranty items where the Original Warranty has expired. In many cases, these warranties expired YEARS ago. These items could have a huge upside for the risk-taker. Please know what you are doing!
Used Items: These items exhibit signs of previous use. There may be scratches, scuffs, or other minimal damage to the physical appearance. There will be no warranties on these items unless noted in the Item Description. This does not include any instance where a Buyer "reaches", and expects more than what was promised.
New, Other Items: These items are New, and may or may not include the Original Packaging. The Original Warranty will most likely be Expired.
All Other Conditions: Item conditions are based on visual and tactile observation, and personal experience. Most of our items are graded lower than their actual condition. The rest are graded very close to their actual condition. We do this in the hopes that there will be no disappointments in regards to the condition of an item. It's human nature to desire the very best item for the lowest cost. Buyers will sometimes "reach" in regards to item condition. We only ask that Buyers balance their needs to what they are willing to pay for an item. If we don't quite cut the mustard with our pricing, it will certainly not be because we didn't try.
