Shipping & Handling

Packaging, shipping and handling for the first item costs a flat fee of $3.99 within the US; all additional items are only $2.00 each. All orders will be sent by USPS airmail. Due to our distribution center requirements, local pick-ups are not possible.

Shipping to Canada is $4.99, plus $3.00 for each additional item. Outside Canada and the US, shipping worldwide is $5.99, plus $3.00 for each additional item.

Payment Instructions

We accept PayPal for all payments. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns you have before or after you receive your product.

Payments received before noon Wednesday will ship that Friday. Payments received after noon Wednesday will ship on Friday of the following week. If a holiday falls on a Thursday or Friday, shipments will be deferred until Monday.

Return Policy

Items must be returned within 7 days. Simply send the item to the return address and we will refund your money. If you have received a product that you feel is the wrong size, you may return it for another size. Exchanged items must be returned with prepaid postage or authorization to charge the return freight via PayPal.

RETURNS must be in the same condition as they were sent — please ensure all returned products are 100% NEW!

Steps to determine your glove size Find a tape measure that you can easily wrap around your hand Measure the circumference of your hand as indicated by the arrow in the diagram to the left (do not include your thumb) If you are right-handed, measure your right hand If you are left-handed, measure your left hand Note the measurement and refer to the Men's Sizes table to the left Hybrid sizes such as S/M and L/XL Some of our glove styles have hybrid sizes such as S/M and L/XL. These sizes are meant to accommodate most of the range of the two indicated sizes. Occasionally these hybrid sizes will not fit the outer edges of the intended size ranges. For example, an L/XL glove will fit a Large to XL size hand but it may be a bit tight on a hand that is in the larger XL range. Women's sizes We do not currently offer women specific sizes but in general a woman's size will be one size down from the men's sizes. For example, a men's Medium size glove would be close to a woman's Large size glove and a men's Small size glove would be close to a woman's Medium size glove.
