RETURN POLICY: Most items offered have been previously owned and may show signs of normal wear and tear. If you have questions, please ask before bidding. We offer a return on any item that is found not to be as listed in the description. When an item is listed “as is” no return is offered. Refund will be for purchase price only – postage is not refundable. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:Whenever possible your item(s)n will be shipped via First Class International. Insurance is not available with that option. Should you wish to have the item insured, or if it exceeds the weight for First Class, the item will ship Priority International and the fee includes insurance. All International sales are payable with Paypal – no other payment method is acceptable. Please note: Delays in delivery mostly occur at buyer’s local customs office where packages are required to clear. Items leave the USA within hours of posting. You will be provided with tracking number of the customs form. Please check inquiries with your post office – I have no control of the parcel once it leaves my hands. 

All purchases going to Europe MUST ship priority international unless other arrangements are made. When parcels are shipped first class, the tie to deliver varies - it is NOT set as with priority (6-10 days), but is delivered on an "as available basis"

DOMESTIC SHIPPING & HANDLING: Postage is for 48 contiguous states (additional postage is due for Alaska, Hawaii and the territories).  I ship via USPS priority mail, however since there is such a wide range of fees from east to west coast, if an item is very large and/or heavy, it may be shipped parcel post. Breakable items will have insurance included in postage and handling fee and most items will have delivery confirmation; the tracking number will be posted on eBay once the item is shipped. I ship on Tuesday and Friday and sometimes in between, I try to ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Multiple purchases will be combined whenever possible.
