We love this property and enjoyed many good times in Key West over the years. Due to changed circumstances, it is no longer practical for us. It is a deeded property and we own it with no liens.
Hyatt has a first right of refusal prior to any sale. In the event they exercise it, all money will be refunded. A $500 deposit is required via paypal within 48 hours of auction closing and the remainder of the funds will be due at closing. October 2011 maintenance fees have been paid in full.
**$500 Hyatt transfer fee and closing costs of $300-$400 are buyer's responsibility will be added to final bid**
Buyer can choose a title company licensed in the State of Florida or Seller can recommend one. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
On Feb-12-12 at 15:05:23 PST, seller added the following information:This is an annual unit, i.e., the actual unit can be booked for week 10 each year or the 1880 points can accrue to your Hyatt Vacation Club account each year. The auction includes 1880 CUP ("Club Use Period") points that can be used in 2012 to book available inventory at any Hyatt Vacation Club Property. (Points will become "LCUP" points on March 10, 2012)
