I have put this in my listings for all the brides that thought they paid NOW, and find out the item cannot be shipped right away because they did the echeck option. A lot of buyers assume that once they have paid by echeck we receive the funds immediately (it is deducted from your account right away) and that the item can be shipped right away. This is NOT true! We are required to wait for the echeck to clear before we can ship to you, which can take from 4 to 7 business days.
FUNDS ARE NOT DISBURSED TO US UNTIL THE ECHECK HAS CLEARED!

I am letting you know this to be helpful, you may pay by echeck, just remember we cannot ship until your echeck has cleared and we get the okay from paypal. If you need your item RIGHT AWAY, please know there are other payment options available that will clear immediately.
Your gown will be shipped via USPS or UPS, our choice. Shipping in the USA only via parcel post (may take from 1 to 3 weeks to arrive) or by UPS (our choice), which includes insurance and delivery confirmation. We also have a priority option available for $20, this is recommended if your wear date is in less than a month. I make every effort to ship within 2-3 days of receiving payment, usually sooner.
Worldwide shipping by ebay calculated rates, insuarance or tracking number is not available. Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
You will receive an email notifing you that your gown has been shipped along with delivery confirmation if available. I insure the package for your purchase price, not the current retail price and/or replacement value. I cannot be responsible for loss or damage one package has been put into the hands of the post office. Please make sure you have a safe place for delivery of your package.
THE FIT OF YOUR GOWN IS IMPORTANT! Please check your meausrments to the guidelines above. Most gowns cannot be let out, but all can be takin in or hemmed. Most brides will need their gown custom fitted by an alterations person. Gown will need pressing before wearing.
Most of our gowns are shown over a petticoat, which is not included in this listing. Check out our petticoats and bustiers in our other listings. We do combined shipping on request.
Due to variables in computer monitors and lighting during photography, colors in photographs may vary from the actual color of gown.
As in all fine reputable bridal salons all sales are final. Appropriate feedback will be left after receiving appropriate feedback.
NWT - As in most fine bridal salons, manufacturers hang tags are usually removed from the stores's sample gowns because they are large, rough and usually attached to the zipper. Hang tags can cause damage to gowns such as snags or get stuck in the zipper and we all want the gowns to be in as perfect conditon as possible for the future purchaser. Labels and small store tags are intact.
Please, we do not take offers on gowns, we are already giving you the best possible price on incredible brand new sample gowns, any such offers will be ignored.
