Payment

Payment must be received within 5 days from winning any Auction or Buy it Now item(s) unless previously arranged with The London Coin Company directly.

UK Customers we prefer Cheque, Postal Order or for other options contact us directly.

International Customers we accept Paypal from Confirmed and Verified users otherwise contact us directly.

Shipping

We aim to ship your item/s within a few days of receiving cleared payment. If delivery of your order is Urgent, please contact us PRIOR to purchase and we will try our best to accommodate your request. 
All our orders are dispatched between Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

For customers looking to purchase more than one item, please purchase your items and wait for us to invoice you with our special multiple shipping discount.
We will normally charge £0.00 - £1.50 per additional item possible more but will depend on weight, size, value etc.
Please wait for us to send you an amended invoice before procedding with payment.

UK Customers we use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery which has Tracking and covers items with a value up to £40 and items with a greater value will be sent by Special Delivery which has tracking and covers items from £40 up to £500 (Items on the Royal Mail exempt List will not be covered). If additional Insurance is wanted above £500 please contact us and we can give you a price. A more competitive service might be used if we feel it might work out cheaper for the customer depending on size, weight and value.

International Customers we use Royal Mail International Signed for which has tracking and covers items up to £500 depending on the country you are in (Items on the Royal Mail excempt list and items which can not be imported into that particular country is the responsibility of the customer to make sure they are allowed as the London Coin Company will not take any responsibility for any loss to the Customer.
If additional insurance is wanted above the £500 please contact us and we can give you a price.

Terms

Any customer bidding or buying an item from The London Coin Company is oblidged to pay for the item within 5 days of buying or winning the item.
Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use.
We pride ourselves on good customer service but in the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Any customers that we notice abusing any of our Auction Items or our Feedback will have there bids cancelled and/or will be blocked from doing business with us in the future.

Returns

If an item has been bought as a Buy it Now item and is unwanted by the customer the item can be returned with in 5 days of receiving it at their own expense and the price of the item will be refunded minus our Ebay and Shipping Fees.

If an item has been bought and is genuinely not as described we must be advised immedialty upon receipt of the item and the item shipped back to us within 5 working days unless another arangement has been agreed with The London Coin Company.
Once the item has been received if The London Coin Company found the item to be miss described we will either replace the item or refund the price of the item including any shipping fees with no problem.

If an item has been bought in our Ebay Auction No Returns are accepted unless agreed with the London Coin Company directly.

No returns will be accepted for coins which have been certified and graded by PCGS or NGC
