The cookbook itself is in good condition. The cover shows wear, including some staining (the staining is heavier on the back) and the top two spirals are broke. However, the cookbook is still being held together nicely by the other spirals. Most of the main pages are neat and clean. There may be a couple of pages with some small stains. The first page has a name written at the top of it in black marker. None of these things affect the legibility of the book in any way.
