Now for the all legaleezey stuff I have had to add to my auctions because some of y'all out there in ebayland don't like to do things in an honest, open, straightforward and timely fashion...I understand that everyone has issues in their lives and sometimes things don't go as planned, and I am as patient and easygoing as they come, but there are limits...

So, with that in mind...

I try to be as accurate in my auction listings as possible...I provide plenty of photos of each item...I believe that no one on Ebay provides as much information concerning a particular item as I do...Items are described as completely as possible, including all defects and/or damage...I hide nothing and never will...Please do not hesitate to ask any and all questions before bidding, since there is no stupid question with pink floyd trader...
Items are sold "AS-IS" with no warranties, expressed or implied and I have never had a single buyer ask for a refund, and as such do not feel it necessary to offer a refund...If you are concerned with being able to get a refund from me, then please do us both a favor and look elsewhere, because I don't want or need your patronage...I do this because Ebay is FUN...Making a few pennies on an item allows me to reinvest in other goodies which I enjoy for a bit, then sell them so you can enjoy them as well...

After your auction closes and I send you an invoice, please use the "Pay Now" Button (also within the Auction page and the "You Won" email from Ebay) in order to process your order more efficiently. This is necessary in completing your auction, regardless of payment method you choose...Completing the Check Out process also helps with keeping you up to date via emails regarding your payment receipt, shipping information & feedback.

I Happily Accept Paypal & Credit Cards (via Paypal.com)...If you don't like my shipping/handling charges or anything else in my auctions, then please do us both a favor and don't bid...I don't barter over shipping charges once you have won the item...I do discount shipping if you have won more than one item in a short period of time and I ship them together in one package...I sometimes estimate International shipping...If your international package costs me less to ship, I do give partial refunds for overages paid on shipping...Those of you who are in the Pacific Rim, (Japan, Australia, New Zealand, etc) shipping will be more than what I quote in my auctions...In this case, I ship the item, then ask you to pay the extra postage it costs me...

If I don't hear from you after 7 calendar days after the auction closes and I still have not received any payment and/or communication from YOU, my valuable customer, I will be obligated to file a Non-Paying Bidder Alert, reminding you that your payment is due...After 15-20 days I will be forced to file for my listing fees back from ebay, after which ebay will put a NPB strike on your account, along with my neutral feedback...

I ONLY Leave Negative Feedback for Bad Sellers who are dishonest or unscrupulous!! Unfortunately, I have been burned in the past, so I have to adopt this policy to move things along...

Please Communicate with me if you are having trouble paying or you are unhappy with your item once it arrives!! Communication is vital to completing a smooth transaction and having you happy with your purchase!!

Finally, please don't complain to me or threaten to leave negative feedback if, in the rare chance your Item is damaged in transit, your item arrives in worse shape than I sent it or is "lost" (read as stolen by dishonest postal or customs employee)...I take great care to pack and ship items appropriately, but stuff happens...Please Remember, that once I hand your package over the counter at the Post Office, IT IS LITERALLY OUT OF MY HANDS...
