THOUGHTFUL PACKAGING, we carefully wrap and package all of our items with care.  We want you to receive your item in the manner it left us.

Multiple Item Shipping:  WE COMBINE/REDUCE SHIPPING for you and send updated invoice once all auctions have ended. Purchases over 100.00 will include shipping insurance, free to buyer.  All fragile purchases will include insurance regardless of cost.  Please do not pay for items until we have sent you an updated invoice for everything in your order.

Domestic Shipping: Orders can be shipped via USPS Mail with supplied Delivery Confirmation and tracking included (when applicable).  Please inquire about UPS and FED EX shipping options.

International Shipping: Orders are shipped via US Postal Service w/Delivery Confirmation. NOTE: Import duties, taxes, & charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check w/your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to buying/bidding.  If you choose First Class International mail please note that this does not include tracking information and therefore are not covered under EBAYs buyer protection program.  Please choose Priority or Express mail options in order to track your package and we can purchase shipping insurance.  USPS will not insure shipments to certain countries (e.g. Russia).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of receipt.  A refund/exchange will be given once item is returned in the same condition as was stated in the auction listing.  For example, tags must remain on New with Tag (NWT) items.  Refunds will not be issued for damaged items and/or damaged tags.  Refunds do not include original shipping costs and buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
