- Any physically damaged or defaced items. Any damage as a result of shipping must be filed with the carrier immediately and prior to any requests for a return authorization.
- Panasonic, Intel products, 30" and over LCD/LED and plasma television sets as well as opened software and other products listed as non-returnable must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
- Non-defective products with opened clamshell or blister.
Items returned for refund must be in sellable condition. The Twister Group reserves the right to refuse issuing return authorization. For all refused shipments returned by carrier and/or refused, non-defective and defective returns that are found to be non-defective 20% restocking fee will be charged (may be higher for returns missing anything from original contents or not in original brand new condition). Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount in case of return or refusal of order with free ground shipping. A defective product will be replaced for the same upon receiving and processing its return. If not in stock, lower of original and current price will be credited. If you need a replacement right away, choose credit when requesting RMA and place a new order. Please allow 2-4 weeks after all goods are received for refunds to be processed.
