- Panasonic, Intel products, 30" and over LCD/LED and plasma television sets as well as opened software and other products listed as non-returnable must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

Items returned for refund must be in sellable condition. The Twister Group reserves the right to refuse issuing return authorization. Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount in case of return or refusal of order with free ground shipping.
