Product Description:
Up for auction is a telephone countersurveillance instrument from ISA, one of the most respected manufacturers of covert surveillance equipment for military, law enforcement, police, and intelligence agencies. You are bidding on an ETA-1 Universal Telephone Analyzer designed for security personnel to search telephone instruments and cables for potential eavesdropping attacks. The ETA-1 Universal Telephone Analyzer was designed to test conventional single and multi-line telephones and the new technology electronic telephone, including hybrids with analog audio, and the full digital phones. Tests such as On-Hook Voltage, Off-Hook Voltage, On-Line Listen, Tone Sweep, High Voltage Pulse Test and All Wire combination Listen-In Tests are all accomplished in minimum times. For example, in a 50-wire cable, which is common with a 5-line business telephone, there are 1225 possible 2-wire combinations.

We offer NEXT-DAY SHIPPING on all items in stock. Orders that are received or paid after 1PM MST will not be processed until the next day. International shipping is available upon request.

For all items listed as "Freight" for the shipping, it is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER to make freight arrangements. Please message us if you need our shipping address, or weights and dims on your shipment.

All shipping quotes are estimations and are subject to variability based on item weight and distance to ship. If you feel that the shipping estimate provided is too high you can email for a personalized shipping estimate.

Warranty Information:
All items are sold "As-Is, Where-Is" unless otherwise expressly stated in the description above. Ask about our 30 day DOA warranty options.

Return Information:
Equipment must be in original packaging and contain all original parts. Original packaging does not include packaging peanuts. Any RMA returned that has been packaged with packaging peanuts will be rejected without further inspection. Any tampering, mechanical damage, or changes of any kind will void warranty. Equipment must be received within 35 days of the purchase date. Units that are found not to comply with warranty terms will be subject to either rejection or a 25% restock fee ($25 minimum). Equipment received damaged will be held for two weeks after customer notification before disposal. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a shipping method where tracking information is available. All shipping costs that are billed to DMD Systems will be charged back via the shipping company. No partial refunds will be granted for unseen/unreturned items.

Warranty and shipping:

Any item that is sold As-Is carries absolutely no warranty. Any issues relating to the condition or quantity of items must be addressed in writing within 5 days of receipt. All shipping costs and issues are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend that use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. DMD Systems shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges to and from our warehouse are non-refundable. DMD Systems can arrange shipping for you via ground freight, Fedex, DHL, or UPS on your account. We strive to have all orders shipped within 2 business days of payment however in the case of large or specialty items more time for packaging may be required. You will be notified if this is necessary.

Technical Support:
In order to provide you with competitive pricing DMD Systems Recovery does not offer technical support for any equipment that is sold on Ebay. Technical support for many items can be found on most major manufacturer's websites or in newsgroups throughout the Internet. If an item does not work we request that you submit a RMA through our website.
