If couriers can not pickup or deliver, we cannot process your order.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping of defective merchandise back to Megawatts. Because Megawatts is a product reseller and not a manufacturer, we are not responsible for factory defects. In cases of defective merchandise, Megawatts agrees to split the shipping costs with you, our customer. The customer agrees to pay to send the item back to Megawatts, and Megawatts will consequently replace the component and ship the item at no charge back to the shipping address on the original order. Software is only returnable if defective, and can only be exchanged for exact same item.
