If your TV arrives with noticeable external damage please DO NOT refuse the shipment unless there is actual damage on the TV itself. At times the outer carton of the TV may exhibit signs of wear/damage, yet the product itself is in pristine condition. While in transit, it is completely normal for the outside box to have such marks, as its purpose is to protect the TV. If there is any damage to the TV itself, please contact us immediately. Once a TV has been signed for as inspected and undamaged, NO DAMAGED CLAIM CAN BE OPENED. By signing for the package, you are stating that the TV has been inspected completely and has arrived in good working conditon. There are no exceptions to this rule.
From time to time, a TV is delivered that has a manufacurer defect. All defective TVs will be handled through the manufacturer warranty to avoid expensive shipping and handling costs. Rest assured that we will take all measures to ensure that the situation gets resolved through the manufacturer, and contact them if neccessary. If your TV is defective and you do not wish to participate with the manufacturers warranty, you reserve the right to ship the TV back at your expense in order to obtain an exchange.
