We will ship your order within 3 business days after payment has been made. Delivery time is typically 3-7 business days depending on your location in the 48 contiguous US states. In the unlikely event that an order cannot go out, we will notify you of the options to keep the order as is with an ETA, or refund the full purchase price including shipping.

When you receive the shipment, it is the Buyer's responsibility to verify that you have received all parts that you have ordered. If any items are missing, please list the item on the delivery bill, and contact us immediately.

We will e-mail you with a tracking number once the order leaves the warehouse. If you do not receive a tracking number from us within 3 business days after completion of the auction, please check your spam folder for the possibility that our e-mails to you were filtered as spam.

Please be sure to include your phone number so that the Truck Company can schedule a delivery time with you. Without a valid phone number, delays on processing this order may occur.

For International buyers, HI, AK, PR, or any other US territories, please e-mail us for exact shipping costs. Please include information of your address, and we can get you a quote on shipping. Buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and custom fees.

For Local Pick-Up options, please contact us for further instructions to arrange for this service, as well as Tax fees included to the auction price.  Local Pick-Up is available at the manufacturer's warehouse located in Fullerton, Ca. Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.  There are NO weekend pick up.  Further instructions will be sent to you once payment is cleared and parts are ready for pick up.

Inspection Policy – Please Read

• Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the Truck Delivery driver. Do not sign for the package if you have not fully inspected the contents of your order. Driver will wait for you to inspect the package. It is part of their service requirement for the driver to wait and let you inspect the package. Please contact us immediately if driver prevents you from inspecting the contents, and remember to get the driver’s name.
• If you notice any damages at all, simply write “Damaged” with a short description of what is wrong on the delivery bill or freight receipt. Remember to keep a copy for yourself.
• Accept the package as it is. Do not let the driver take the package away as this will incur more shipping fees for you.
• Contact us with your eBay item #, and information that the package has been received damage. We can then file a damage claim for you, and ship out new parts to you.

So remember to inspect contents, sign damage description, and contact us immediately.

All payments must be received within 24 hours after buyer has won the auction. Remember to include the following information in your payment.

• Your name and eBay ID
• Phone Number
• Valid Physical Address - We will only ship to the confirmed physical address.
• Description of your car (Make, Model, Year, # of Doors, Any specific trim information)

Please make sure the method of payment you choose to use has a confirmed physical address.

We will not ship to P.O. Box addresses, and APOs/FPOs, No exceptions!

We will accept all returns of the order for any reason as long as product has not been used, altered, and returned in original packaging within 10 Days of accepting the package. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, do not install it. There will be a 10% restock fee for any returns. Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Parts must be in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging.
• Contact us with your return request within 10 days of accepting the package.
• We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) # for you to include on the package to be returned to the manufacturer. Be sure to write the RA # clearly on the box. DO NOT SEND anything back without a confirmed RA #.
• Once package has been inspected by the manufacturer to be in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging, we will issue a refund minus 10% restock fee.

•         Parts are NOT painted.

•         We do NOT provide installation.

•         Parts are NOT direct bolt-on.

•         We recommend installation by a professional body shop with experience with aftermarket parts.

All body kit products and accessories are after-market custom parts. Due to the material and process used in production there may be slight variations between the same parts. Products will NOT be direct “bolt on” parts, and will require test fitting the parts. Products may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, and other extensive body work to ensure proper fitment.  Parts are NOT painted, which the professional installer can paint for you.  Modifications may include removal or cutting the reinforcement bars.

We highly recommend that a professional body shop with experience installing after-market body kit parts perform the installation. Not all body shops will have experience installing these parts, so please inquire with the body shop first before ordering with us.

If parts are not fitting in extreme circumstances, we require digital pictures taken of the parts on the vehicle as if they are being test fitted. Please include the eBay sales #, your name, description of what is wrong with the part, along with the attached pictures and we will gladly assist you further (the more information that is included, the better we can help you.) Pictures may show potential installation mistakes, so that we can offer our suggestions on how to remedy the required changes. Also with the pictures, we can confirm that the part is incorrect, and send out the proper parts to you at no additional cost.
