The U.S. Postal Service does not scan all packages and does not have real-time tracking information available. Items ordered to a post office box or military address (APO/FPO) must be sent via USPS.

    Orders are not shipped until all items on the order are in stock. If you have a question pertaining to stock, please e-mail us. The cut-off time for orders to ship the same business day is 1PM EST. Handling time is same day if all items on the order are in stock, and usually 1-2 business days if not. Business hours are Monday – Friday 9-6 EST. Orders ship from our NY Warehouse.

    Once your package is shipped you will get an email confirming the ship date and tracking number if tracking is available for that package.

    Orders ship only to physical addresses in the 50 United States (except APO and FPO addresses). Orders placed with P.O. Box addresses or addresses in foreign countries or U.S. territories will not be shipped until the shipping address is valid.

    Once an order has been shipped, its destination cannot be modified. If the order is returned because it could not be received at the shipping address given, we can accept the return but we cannot refund the shipping charges.

    Returns:
